Character Name: GuguCha Last thing you did: LMPQ & kill ghost teddy bears in Ludi. Why do you think you got banned?: Two accounts in the same household, played by two different users, Myself (Gugucha) and xgenetrix. Boyfriend is stupid, tried to buy items with RW. Ban message when attempting to log in: Attempting to buy item with RW currency. What GM banned you (optional): John.
Unfortunately, because you are in the same household and there is no way to prove who is playing as who, you have to suffer the consequences of your boyfriend's actions and your account remains banned as well. I'm sorry.
So if there are multiple accounts in the same household, the entire household is held responsible for the actions of one individual? Can you explain this more? It's parallel to if someone committing a crime and their entire household goes to prison for it (a bit dramatic I know). To my understanding, I am a considered a customer since I DO donate funds to this game. You as a representative of this game would rather loose cliental rather than holding the individual account responsible. I'm pretty sure you can track account/character activity right? Why can't you check the activity of both my account and his account? Play style is different, grammar/word usage is different. How is that not proof enough that two different people, using the same IP address, were playing actively together at the same time? I don't understand why that specific account is not banned and why my account, who I play alone is also being banned.
unbanning you would mean your rule breaking friend can also make a new account and start playing again.
