What GM banned you: TimK I'm submitting this request because as my second ban, I have received a permanent ban for account sharing, but I personally feel this should actually be my first and only ban, which would hopefully allow it to be only a 30 day ban, as it would be my first offense, and a relatively minor one at that (open to interpretation). I was targeted, not once, but twice, by iChu, and my ban was because she had a personal vendetta against me. I hold that her reason for having me banned was because her attraction to my girlfriend was not reciprocated, and thus, to deal with her frustration, she took it out on the both of us, seeking to harm us in any way she could. I'd like to bring forward a request for an investigation into the chatlogs between Kasey (Ign: Pictochat) and May (ign: Chu) Ex.) On Feb 25th I was at Petri’s looking for a party when I ran across iChu, she partied me and gave me free leech but by doing so she would constantly ask about my gf (Pictochat). She would aggressively tell me how I should treat Pictochat, things I should do for her, and she even told my gf on skype that she “bullied” me”. She also said to me, “tell Kasey (Pictochat) I love her”. Ex.) iChu used a smega saying “Pictochat is mine, I claim her.” That in itself is a form of harassment because she is deeming Pictochat is her possession. She also smega’d about “Pictochat is mine <3” while I used another smega to say “who is she with though?” and her response was “me because she’s in my map and my party.” Please double check smega logs if possible. Ex.) Kasey has stated that one time after killing Slimeking, May followed her to that same map and kept claiming Kasey as hers and got defensive when people would greet her. My girlfriend, Kasey, and I felt uncomfortable because of this, and because Kasey did not respond to iChu's professions of attraction and many flirtations with her in the way she wanted, she decided to target us both with malicious intent. She would stalk me and verbally assault my character, and my integrity as Kasey's boyfriend. She would pick fights with us both. This eventually led to an altercation between May (iChu) and I, which was her grounds for having me receive my ban. This was not justified on her part, as she instigated my harsh reaction towards her with her blatant disrespect of Kasey's boundaries, and the sanctity of my relationship with Kasey, which we had before Maple Royals. If anything, she should have received a warning or even ban for this behavior, but we did not want her to feel targeted for her sexuality, as we're in support of all love for all genders. But this extends beyond that scope. This is as simple as trying to split two people up, who are in love, and doing so with disregard for their feelings. Most people would respond with vitriol if they had to withstand this sort of treatment on a regular basis as I and Kasey did. In regards to the ban based on account sharing, I hope that it can be seen as a mild case, and not game-breaking. I did not launder large amounts of money, or incur large amounts of cash as a result of this. I understand that this was a breach of the contract that I agreed to upon signing up for Maple Royals, and that it's an extreme breach of the respect that the staff and players of Maple Royals deserve, but I did so because I wanted to be able to boss and get a Zakum Helmet like everyone else. I couldn’t achieve due to limitations of playing on a macbook. I am sincerely apologetic for this breach of trust, for the record. This ban is indeed justified. But for the first one, I implore you to explore my side of the story, and see that it was not justified, and that the account sharing ban should be my first offense only, and should, hopefully, be lowered to a 30-90 day ban.
If you would like to report abuse against another player, feel free to make a thread in the appropriate section with proper evidence to support your claim and we will be happy to hear what has happened and consider the situation as impartially as we always do. You may have had personal history with the player who reported you, but at the end of the day you committed the act of accountsharing. Whatever other circumstances exist between you and the other player is irrelevant to the fact that you have broken the rules in a major way. Now that that has been stated, I will proceed in this thread by speaking about what you and your friends have done, and nothing else. Your ban has been deemed major abuse because it breaks the following point located in this thread by Admin Katsuruka detailing what circumstances an account sharing ban will be permanent: Sharing your account details with multiple people. And quite possibly more beyond that as well; I was not the one who banned you so I don't know every bit of the circumstances. That is why your ban is permanent, and because of the fact that it has happened multiple times, there is only more reason to leave this as a permanent ban.
