We never reduce bans and it was a lot longer than 45 seconds, I don't see why you would lie about that lol.
in the rule of game, it say first ban is 7 days, second is perma, why only with me is perma first? lol it is racism.

It's pretty obvious in the video that you are using third party software to get an unfair advantage for a long time (as you are already lvl 138). You were not out for a pee break holding down one button with an object, you were casting buffs in between recorded on your botting software. If you liked playing this game you should've actually played it, not let some program play for you.

Please use the principle that everyone deserves a second chance , I know I was wrong , admit it my mistake , but their own rules say that in the case of being caught botting will be banned for 7 days, and not permanent as happened to me. I think first I deserve this more lenient punishment . And I learned the lesson that not always the fastest way is the best.
