My Enlish is poor,so I ask my friend to help me translate and posted a ban appeal yeaterday. But I didn't describe exactly what happened,so my friend just typed I was doing job advance quest. Okay, first off, your friend shouldn't be posting on your behalf and since they didn't say they were doing so, for all we know you are account sharing or one of you hacked the other's account. As for the ban itself, you are a level 31 who got banned in a map in Ludi that is frequently found to have people using Mob Vac in. You got caught by our system and now you have to deal with the consequence of being permanently banned.

I just join this server in short time and wanna enjoy the nostalgia maplestory. I think I got caught wrongly by system.Cuz when I was training,there was a couple came. Then they hit the momster about 3-5mins. Girl player said ''line''. And I didn't know what happened.I assumed that I invaded their map. So I change my channel. Do this have somthing to do with the sentence?

I receive this unjustified ban , it makes me very upset and very furious.On what behalf or what evidence that you have on me that can accuse me for mob vac.?I kept my account safe at all time, never did I share the account with anyone, so there is no way if my account was hacked and used in any illegal situation,therefore, the question comes back to you guys: I did not use any mob vac., nor was my account hacked/stolen to be used in such activities,so how in the world would I ever be labeled against such charges?I demand a very satisfied response.
