Why do you think you got ban? someone think my friends was botting due to not answer him
Ban message when attempting to log in? Your account been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account
    What GM banned you? TimK

Dear, GM! These two characters was my friends'. Because he doesn't know much about English, so I help him post ban appeal. The situation was as below:

2 days ago, he was leeching his roomate's Cosair at Jr. Newtie, because of no skele map was available at that time. Because some people found that the map " Leafre: Destroyed Dragon Nest " is a easy training spot to replace skele map as it's not available. Monsters there respawn really fast and don't need to walk around to kill monsters. You just stood at bottom, pressed Genesis all along and sometimes went checking buff. Thanks of this situation, he could watch videos and use Facebook to chat with others at the same time.
He said he was leeching and watching movie then, and didn't notice someone who suspecting he's botting came here. He didn't see the dialogue or pm because it was washing away by Smega and Buddy message. When he noticed the pm, it's too late to make an explanation. Then he got banned permanently!!

As he said, the man who report him didn't even post thread on forum, and even no chance to explain about that. He worked really hard in this game, and he definitely doesn't know how to botting and won't botting either!! Can Gm give him a chance? I'll warn him not to distract in this game!

Even if your friend didn't see the GM's messages, wouldn't they have thought to pause or say something or somehow change their behavior when they see a GM character spawn and stand right next to their character? Without someone responding to a GM's message to check and see if they are there, there is no way for the staff to distinguish whether a person is botting or whether a person is there but just not paying attention to the screen (which they technically need to be doing whenever they are online playing Royals).

Unfortunately, a permanent ban for botting means that your friend had been banned once before for botting, so they already knew that this type of behavior is not permitted.

    Dear GM~

My friend never got banned before... He lived at student dormitory. Many royalers at his school. Perhaps it was the other one got banned before. Can you please check ban record? You will find that this time was the first situation he met since he played Royals. Maybe for another chance?

your ban was changed to 7 days as this is your first offense (albeit on two characters at the same time)
