    Last thing you did :
    training at Petris with party
Why do you think you got ban? Was afking and appeared to be botting apparantly
Ban message when attempting to log in? Your account has been temporarily banned for botting
    What GM banned you? fergus

    - Hi there, earlier today i was training at Petris. i believe i was banned for casting buffs automatically, but this is false. anyone who's played as a priest can probably relate to the boringness of this class when casting buffs for a party. therefore i enjoy to watch netflix while doing this task, i had my client screen to the far left of my computer screen with only about 2 inches of the client screen on my computer screen (just to be able to see the buffs in the top right corner), while netflix covered the majority of my screen. therefore i would buff randomly also somewhat frequent in order for my party member to get the buffs. i really think this is a misunderstanding and hope to not wait 7 full days to play on your amazing servers:D.
Also, if this behaviour is considered suspicious i will refrain from the above stated behaviour

If you're unable to reply to a GM when they come into the map then you will be considered to be botting. We have no ability to tell the difference between someone who is watching netflix on another monitor vs someone who has set up a program to cast skills for them or put an object down on their keyboard when they afk'd.

Since this is your first offense your ban will be over in 7 days.

i understand the misunderstanding, but in my opinion this is kind of ridiculous. surely there has got to be someway for you guys to know who's botting and who is innocent? there was no clear pattern of buffs (example: like exactly every minute a buff was cast) i buffed randomly and assure you i was not botting. is there anyway this ban can be shortened or removed? this is my first time ever "committing" an offence and guarantee you, i won't be doing this again.

I already told you, there is no way for us to tell the difference, and if you're unable to reply to a GM when they enter your map then you're considered to be botting. You'll serve your 7 day ban.
