I know you guys are freaked out with the amount of people having multiple accounts to simply "abuse" the voting system but come on, I know that you guys can see that I and my younger brother vote at either the same time or even minutes apart. You got banned for vote abuse. You're unbanned in about 100 minutes. Also, thanks for informing us about your situation concerning multiple voting in the same household (with your brother), we will keep this in mind from now on.
Out of 90 people, maybe 5 are actually two people playing on the same computer. I'd like to take that risk and deal with some appeals later. Seems like your ban will be lifted soon enough, but either way, my apologies if this was uncalled for.
First of all, I would like to give a big thanks to the both of you GM Marty and GM Dustin for giving a prompt reply pertaining to the issue i have. I am fully aware of the situation that players are simply making multiple accounts in order to be able to stack up on the NX (Nexon cash) for in-game use. But I would like to point out that it is clearly obvious that there are many "ghost" accounts. Just look at the amount of accounts and characters that are reflected on the MapleRoyals website homepage, 10k+ accounts and 11k+ characters and the amount of players online doesn't really match. But my point is, the efforts that you guys are putting in to put a Stop to these vote abusers is not in vain. Especially when you guys can track the IP addresses and the frequency of votes from that one IP address or location. Keep at it and cheers!
