    Last thing you did:i don't do any hack,just relogin why my account banned and he said "your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules"

    Ban message when attempting to log in:Details:Fergus permanently banned. Putrile:hacking.

    im using VPN connection, someone on the same VPN use cheating program, i have been implicated

    While I dont mind unbanning you this time keep in mind you are responsible for the connection that you play from. If you choose to use public VPN connections anyone can ruin the game for you by connecting through the same address and getting banned. I suggest using your normal connection or look for a private subscription VPN to ensure your playability
