    Hi, when i logged in my account, i saw my account had been banned, but i don't know why, pls tell me why my account was banned !

    Hi Tim, I live in my university building, plays games with vpn because of my university's internet firewall, so maybe the public vpn cause this problem. How can i fix this issue ? thanks

    stop using public VPNs and inbox me your MAC and new IP address once you found a different solution to play.
