find another way to connect to the game ( dont use public VPN connections) and let me know once you've done so by sending me your new IP and MAC address in an inbox message. Don't use public VPNs to play mapleroyals. other people ruin your playing experience for you if you do because we don't plan on unbanning you every time a new public VPN IP gets banned.
