So to answer the question for myself I checked how many people are connected to your IP and my conclusion is: Yes, you did use a public VPN again after we told you not to.
With that said we will not unban you again as we have told you to stop doing this and have also informed you before that you would not get unbanned again if you did so.

I love this game but the game is very high latency I had to use vpn

 

We have told you before to either not use a VPN or use a private VPN, yet you ignored what we said and used a public VPN again.
At the same time we have also told you we would not unban you again if an incident like this would occure, and you ignored this as well.

When I'm looking at a list longer than my chat screen, I am not willing to believe you used a private connection to connect to MapleRoyals.
With that said I am locking this thread and the judgement remains as it is.
