I was experiencing extreme difficulty with the Zakum jump quest, so I got a friend to help me do it. But I didn't want to fully share my account information with him. I changed the password beforehand, but I couldn't change the pin. I tried to change it from another computer, but both the computers in the house were already registered with my account, so I didn't get the prompt. I couldn't figure out how to force the prompt/change, so I got a closer friend to log into my account for me to change the pin. Aside from changing the pin for me, she did not access the account/characters. I apologize, and I will not allow access to my accounts aside from myself again.
