Please explain what you last did in game. What map you were on, what character and what level it was. We will investigate but usually these types of bans are not incorrect.
I was 1 map to the right of kerning city if i remember correctly. My chararter name was: Nidalee, i was something around level 20. I am new to this server and this was my first account and character. I just went out of town, and got d/cd instantly and could never log back in. That's pretty much the story. I was also d/cing like crazy when entering FM in ch 1, like 5-6 times in a row, maybe some usefull information. Greetings
