What the hell is the QQ you meant ? Is it a forum or some kind of group on Facebook ?? I don't really understand

 

I've been playing Mapleroyal since last year when I was in the Netherlands , and 6 month ago I came to USA after a long time I hadn't played it , just a couple of week ago I restarted this game , I have to admit that I got somehow addicted to this game , it is fine to ban me as u guys always preserve ur rights , but plz give me a fair reason , I respect

 

plz give me an answer , i didn't see myself had done anything wrong I didn't know that have u meant by such a fruit market and QQ

 

I don't have a QQ , and hereby are my questions
Firstly, what made you thought that it was my account instead someone imitating it, are there any proof to support it ? Secondly, I did share my character screenshot on the internet which isn't a violation to the rules, so what about someone took the photo u posting online and then claim themselves that he or she were u and u get banned ?

 

I thought it was a revenge, because some Chinese players cannot connect to the Internet outside of China they made it in this way to put me in trouble, but till yet I don't see anything can be used as a proof fairly. Please image if register a fake account on EpicNPC and then claim myself someone else and sell mesos with some character pics, will the guy get banned ?

It's a waste of my time by such a unreasonable ban made by you , if you thought in this way , it means someone can just register an account on a third website or platform and claim himself or herself to get that guy banned

 

Look, let's not go down this path again of putting all the blame on us, refering back to your own whitelist application, you have done this to us before and it was unreasonable from your part to do so:

Now onto my next point:

Your girlfriend has her own forum account @itsrainbow so she should never have to post from your account since it's your account and not hers.

Now please keep in mind that for bans like these we investigate a lot of details to make sure whether the player we ban is the correct one or not, in this case a lot of your details match those of the QQ account. As mentioned before the specific details mentioned in the QQ chat match what you actually did on your character, which would be difficult for someone to frame you for unless the same person witnessed you do all that stuff. Additionally the profile picture also matches to be the same person as in your whitelist application, as well as some other details such as age and name. This makes us believe that you are indeed the person on that QQ chat, and that you're trying to avoid this ban by trying to lie to us. Afterall it makes little to no sense that a Chinese player who has played from Chinese IP addresses before (while your girlfriend wasn't in China), does not have the ability to speak Chinese. It's also a bit hard to believe that your girlfriend went on your forum account to post in Chinese threads, when on her own forum account she claims to be Japanese.

However all of the above does not matter anymore, as out of curiousity I further investigated your case and found something else that's very interesting:
Your girlfriend's account has the same PIN code as your own account, which made me wonder if you were account sharing a second time.
So I checked the IP and MAC logs and I found out that on 28-08-2016 both your and her account were logged in at the same time from the same computer. This means that you have been logging in on her account again, meaning you've been account sharing a second time which would also result in a permanent ban.
With that said at this point it doesn't matter anymore if you are or aren't the person on the QQ account, since you would remain permanently banned either way.
