But I just felt like maybe I should get a second chance, I haven't been playing this server for too long probably 2-3 weeks and when making the account I never read the ToS. I know it is my mistake for not reading the ToS but can everyone here honestly say they always read ToS. I just thought buying RP would be totally fine because the only other private server I played before this was Extalia and buying DP in that was a common thing. I played that server for a while which may be able to show why I believed selling RP is just a common practice. Another reason for why I thought it would be fine is because the guy selling the RP seemed like someone who was idk pro at the game I had seen him on his other character at henesys before and thought that he probably knows what hes doing. So I was like I will just do it. The guy also kept using the term "Gift" so I started to believe that there was a feature in which you can gift RP. My friend that I made on this server also once said that her friend bought her RP to pay for something outside of Royals. As you can see I had so many reasons to believe that buying RP wouldn't be a bannable offense. In the end the guy I was buying RP from didn't even give me RP and just scammed my SCG so I really believe that I should at least be given a second chance. I think that taking away my account and all of its progress should be enough along with a small ban. But permanent IP ban I believe is too much for a misunderstanding. I didn't even receive the RP I just got scammed. Please give me another chance I am truly sorry.
You still agreed to the ToS when signing up for MapleRoyals even if you never read them. Feel free to make a report if you have screenshots of someone selling/offering to sell RP.
I didn't do any of that. I didn't Exploit the software, Cash items or the game for any commercial purpose I didn't buy anything with real money I just offered mesos. I didn't do any of that. I feel like the ToS should be edited to clearly say buying or selling RP is an offense because that is so misleading. Obviously it may seem like common knowledge to a gm or someone who has played for years but an average player wouldn't be able to understand how that correlates to a ban, I didn't use anything for commercial purpose. I believe the ToS is quite misleading. It should be updated to clearly state the RP just how mesos are stated so many people can be easily fooled like me by players who are higher level into buying RP. I can't believe how misleading the ToS and how severe the consequences are for such a simple mistake. I'm just asking for another chance and I believe that I deserve it, I didn't mean to do something bannable. I just didn't understand what was going on. I know that if given a second chance I will never make such a dumb mistake ever again.
