The problem here is that you said "this is my friend's character" which implies you are online on your friend's character which means you're accountsharing with your friend. Since this is against the rules you have been banned for 30 days.

Not knowing reading / understanding the rules you agree with upon account creation is no excuse. Any level of character sharing is not allowed.
