We believe you were trying to get items refunded that you haven't lost or even obtained, and thus wasted our precious time since we had to check a bunch of logs for it. From what you've told us you "lost" 6 BVMs, 2 Genesis 20s and a MW 20, which as far as my knowledge goes is between 4 and 5b worth of items. A Hired Merchant refuses to sell any items if Fredrick holds 2,1b mesos from current sales, so it's impossible for someone to lose more items than they could've sold. Additionally, the character Niin has 0 merchantsales in the entire month of November..
Like I said, I didn't get the items back. Which means I didn't steal anything from you. I could understand if it was a warning, "don't do it again unless you have accurate information. If you do, you will receive a 7day ban". I would respect that. But considering it's a 7 day ban for something that I posted on the forum. I won't do it again unless I have accurate information. That's a promise.

As for your ban: Since the logs show that you haven't sold any items in the entire month of November, and weren't even online on the day you asked us to check for (neither the day before or after), we do not believe you have lost items. Additionally like I've pointed out multiple times is that items do not get lost from hired merchants but rather mesos from sold items do, and that this means you can have lost a maximum of 2.1b mesos. So when you ask us to check for 5b worth of items lost in a hired merchant, in a month where you haven't sold anything.. We believe you were trying to scam us and hoped to get a refund that you weren't entitled to. Because of this we've banned you for 7 days and this ban will remain as it is. If you disagree with this decision, feel free to provide us with relevant information or evidence that might help you get unbanned.
