A GM approached you ingame and tried to communicate with you multiple times, however you continued to cast spells without replying to him. We consider this to be an act of showing robotic behaviour, which results in a 7 day ban. This ban will not be reversed. And to answer your other question: You are allowed to continue voting during these 7 days.
