    Last thing you did: Kill toy trojan
    Why do you think you got banned?: I suddenly got disconnected from server, and when i try to login again, it stated my character got banned.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account

    Details: Autoban Herozai: High damge 2113929951 on Toy Trojan using skill: 1001005

    So you did 2,113,929,951 damage as a lvl 43, that sounds like hacking to me.
    What exactly are you trying to appeal here?

    i din actually did that dmg.. LOL... i just know i didn't do anything, hunting killing toy trojan.. suddenly get out from server... once login and got banned. my max dmg just 1.5k.. -.-
    how come can that high dmg?

    no hacking system was used... -.- .. normal citizen from maplesea, trying to play maplestory old version, so come mapleroyals, train so hard and got banned for freaking weird stupid high dmg that stated by your server. i remember before i get kick out from server, my attack dmg just freaking stupid noob.

    I've never seen the autoban system show an amount of damage dealt that wasn't actually dealt by the player at the time, so I find it hard to believe you only did 1.5k there.
    The only ways I'm aware of that can break the damage cap is by using an edited client or using cheats / hacks / package editors.

    don ever think that in Malaysia, we get the same internet speed with you guys. my internet speed is slow and sometimes get serious lag and got kicked out. Last time i try before play other private server, got notice from GM stated "do not spam hit when u r lagging". To clarify, that was a problem cause by slow internet and wasnt my problem at all.

    Lag does not cause you to deal 2.1b damage no.

    are you guys wan me to courier my laptop to your country and you guys try to play mapleroyals with my laptop? or u guys wanna come my country and use your laptop, try my internet and play so that u can clearly understand my situations? thank you

    The situation is pretty clear as it is:
    The files we have distributed on our website limit your damage output to 200k per hit, even when lagging.
    So if you've hit 2.1b in 1 hit, you have used something that is not distributed by us to deal that amount of damage.
    This is not something we allow and for this you have been permanently banned.
    We do not believe this ban to be a mistake and thus it won't be reversed.
