that doesnt change the fact your friend felt obliged to play and interact on your character, which carries a punishment with it.
damn gime a break, i didn't kill someone irl!! i think you're being too literal to your rule guideline.. GM should make game safer and more fun for players but this kind of ban is rly dumb imo. think about right and wrong. if you just follow your rules then if i do this again then im permad?!?!?@?@?
