Why do you think you got banned?: Server Check as well as my Mac went to screen saver mode? I dont know

Ban message when attempting to log in: Using illegal programs or violating the game policy

What GM banned me: No idea

May I ask why I was banned? I dont believe I have done anything wrong.. It was said i was using illegal programs or violating the game policy? But, I don't understand... I dont use hacks or illegal programs, and I dont think I have violated any game policies. So please let me know why I have been banned. If it was a reasonable ban or something I have done wrong. ill understand. But as of right now I believe I should be able to play.

Could you tell me how you had over 80 Black Sacks in your merchant, please?

 

I did the LMPQ and got it as a reward? Is there something wrong? I got 50 for one reward then I did a couple more times and I got another 50. in total I had a 100 and I believe sold 15? in my merchant.

 

It's a glitch, and should not be happening.

However, since you weren't aware it was wrong, I will unban you.
