Character Name: MoneyMaker (i think) and don't remember the other chars.
Last thing you did: I don't remember.
Why do you think you got banned?: Probably inactivity.
What GM banned you?: I don't know.

It's been a very long time since I logged in. (Late 2013, early 2014).

Have some patience please, us GMs are still having to use an admin for help to handle ban appeals and other issues until we get our tools and commands added back in.

 

It looks like you got hacked a while ago, and your account was banned to prevent the hacker from causing more damage.
Please change your password on the Mapleroyals website and let us know when you have done so.

@Dimitri Sorry, it took weeks to get a reply so I simply looked another way. I can't change it because it says that my account and password don't match. I know for sure it is the same because I changed the pw once in 2014 and I can see the email in my inbox. So if you can please let me know what I can do to fix this it would be a pleasure =)

 

Have you tried to use the password recovery function as well?

 

I used the classic forgot password

 

Because I can log in the forum but not to my control panel =P

 

Forum accounts are not the same accounts as ingame accounts.
If you've reset your password through this link: https://royals.ms/?page=forgotpassword , then you should be able to log in on the control panel on royals.ms
