How comes you have never noticed another player being on your map and asking you if you were present at the time? The other player was asking you questions for at least 9 minutes long, and not once have you succeeded to reply. Because of this we have reason to believe you were botting, which you have been banned for.

I'm afraid that not knowing the rules you have agreed to is not a valid excuse for you to break those rules. The following rule can be found back in the T&C: And as this rule suggests, if you appear to be performing actions ingame and can not respond to a player or Staff member within a certain period of time, your actions can be considered as botting behaviour and your access to the game will be limited as the rules imply they would. In your case it appears you've failed to reply at all within the 9 minutes a player has questioned your presence while you were performing actions, which is why we have concluded that you were indeed taking part in robotic play. With all of this said, we will not lower your punishment since the rules on this matter are as clear as it could be and reading them would be your own responsibility.
