For the most part, we have things set up so that people are autobanned for attempting to use potentially racist or homophobic language in smegas. In this case the censor didn't catch it and a GM was offended by what you said. This is our policy on language in smegas: http://www.royals.ms/forum/showthread.php?t=2835 The problem with saying things in smega is that it reaches a large number of people who don't know you or certainly don't know you well, hence if a smega seems offensive, we will issue a ban. This is one of the reasons we ask users to keep those sorts of words to buddy/guild chat. People who know you reasonably well will know how to take your words - people who don't know you obviously won't.
