Character Name: Maizy (from account name Maizy too) Last thing you did: KPQ Why do you think you got banned?: Was playing Maple from the same room as me Ban message when attempting to log in: Account completely deleted What GM banned you (optional): N/A Posting this on behalf of my girlfriend who I got into maple when she was staying at my house for a few days - she messaged me a few minutes ago to let me know she thinks her entire account was deleted because they think she was a bot - in all actuality, she was just playing from the same room as me over the last few days. A friend mentioned to me that it may be because we both voted for the NX, however we made sure to alternate who got to vote each day when we were playing so we were never double voting from the same IP - she's back home now and unable to play, if you guys need any further information so that potential account recovery is possible that would be fantastic - i'm really sorry this is likely posted in the wrong section but I was unable to find a support email and I suppose this is essentially a permaban on her account anyway so it might be relevant or someone could point us in the right direction!
There was a rollback on the 14th, could she have been affected by that? If her character was created between the 11th and the 14th, it would've been reverted because of it.
We only created our accounts a few days, so I believe it might have been after the 14th, but my account is still completely intact and it was only created minutes before her's was
the character Maizy isnt banned or deleted. If your friend didnt complete the captcha on the forums to vote then she will be prompted with an anti robot message however there seems to be no issues with her game account
