    Last thing you did: Play in Ludi PQ and done some quests.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I dont know, I was playing yesterday and now that I'm trying to log in its say Ban IP
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your ip is banned
    What GM banned you (optional): I dont know

    CrazyBow is not banned. Does the ban message really say: You may not access your account because your ip is banned?

    I just try to connect from my iphone network and its work but from my laptop its say the user is banned
    Yes this is the massage : You may not access your account because your ip is banned

    you got banned for hacking on your character CustomA which means you as a person are banned from playing mapleroyals.

    I don't know, your story makes no sense to me at all.
    CustomA and CrazyBow use the same name in their e-mail address.
    The same goes for the forum accounts @Adir.C and @Adir Cohen.
    So at that point we are to believe that these accounts all belong to the same person, as they also all have the same date of birth assigned to them.
    But then on this forum account you claim that CustomA is your brother's account, but on your other forum account you appeal for a character called Custom.

    That in combination with you contacting us on Discord from an account named Custom.A, we are not convinced you are 2 different people.

    That because he register me to everything here I'm just playing on the server.
    I ask him for open me email and this user on forum.
    Because he register to the forum with his name so I'm getting banned ??

    But if he registers all your accounts, doesn't that mean he knows all your account details?

    He dont know it, He just know name of it, But I chose the password of both.

    I'm going to be honest and say you can't show us that you're Haim and not Adir.
    Your account name contains Adir, your email contains Adir, your forum name contains Adir, so we have no reason to believe you're not Adir.
    With that said we also have no reason to believe you're a different person than CustomA and we will not unban you.
    We're not going to further discuss this ban.
