I have VPN that assigns MAC Address, could it be that? I just want to know if it's a technical issue or if I'm banned.
Just checking, are you using paid/private VPN or public ones? Public ones are usually banned from the game.
Oh, also if it is relevant I should mention I only got the dedicated IP this morning while the problem has persisted since last night around 8/9 pm PST. Previously I was using one of the other IP's offered by my VPN.
