    Hi, want to know why my account is been ban//block also my IP address.
    I am still playing yesterday and everything was fine did not commit any thing.

    Hi GM he is my rented house roommate. oh btw he said he been ban for asking people if he can purchase item using cash and been reported. But we does it has to do with me. we are just sharing the same wifi. Can you help to lift the ban? We are just new to this server.

    In that case, you won't be able to play using your internet anymore due to the offences he committed. You can have him to thank for it.

    Well never mind then. I will just change a server no big deal. It is also not a very serious offences though. just a minor issue and chasing your player away.

    To us, it's considered a serious offence, nothing minor about it.
