So i just found out that i got banned for trying to buy a wand and suppoedley accused of claiming that "it was my brother", so what happend was this guy smegad selling wand 14int or something like that, and my brother in the morning with different name waterass33 msged her and asked her for the price!, so then when i pmed the guy (waterass32) asking for the price. the seller said didnt u msg me in the morning? i said no that was probably my brother, because my brother has an account waterass33 with same job as me, and obviously a similar name!
So why does your brother's account have nearly the exact same login details as you? Same e-mail address, date of birth, username etc.
his ign is waterass33 im waterass32 and hes my brother, he didnt logg in my acc and msg the person, he msged the person from his own acc (waterass33), how would it be claused as account sharing when hes on his account msging the person. what brothers dont do the same things create the same names together? i got him into the game after a long period of time, of not playing it, so we decided to have the same ign and make the same job. hence the word brother! so if we have the same name. why would 1 person make 2 bishops then share accounts? then leech on both accounts? the only thing we share is our items and money unless thats also illegal, because our plan was to hp wash our new nightlord accounts, so we have the same view on what to buy to proceed with our hp washing. and if your telling me that you have a seperate , or login details,email for everygame you play then you wouldnt be logical in that sense, because its not like were gonna make a new email for everysingle game we play! and if i play 10 games im not going to remember every single login detail and email or anything so we have a common ground on that
Like I said, you have the exact same date of birth registered to both accounts, as well as e-mail, and nearly identical username. We believe that both of these accounts have belonged to the same player at an earlier stage in time.
can u reread what i wrote please? i edited it after u replied without realising u replied! and on top of that why would my brother be on my account to msg a person to buy a wand, when he could just do it on his, he has absolutely no motive to be logged in my account, how can u conclude that we are account sharing merely based on the fact that i was buying a wand and my brother was intrested in the same wand and i said "it was probably my brother that msged u"how does that in any way sound reasonable, fair or logical to you
Well no, but I would expect you both to have your own individual e-mail address, username and date of birth. In fact, using the exact same login details as your brother conflicts with our T&C on multiple levels, since it means you've shared information as well as at least one of you not having used accurate information. In the below quotes you will find the 2 sections of the T&C I'm talking about that state that you should use your own and accurate information, as well as not being allowed to share these details with anyone else:

I understand what you're trying to say here, that you claim not to have logged in on each other's accounts because you have no reason to.. However to come back to what I quoted and highlighted from the T&C, is that your brother is not allowed to know your account details. So if you tell me that you use the same sets of IDs and passwords as him, it means you're sharing your account details with him which is a breach of our T&C as pointed out. If you 2 had followed the registration rules of each having your own individual accounts with unique account details, then you would've been unbanned because we made a mistake in the original ban where we thought both trade messages were sent from the same character. However upon further inspection we just found that there was a lot more to it than we originally looked at, which is why you're still banned. I'm sorry if these rules are too strict for you, or if you believe that we're managing the server like a german communist dictatorship, but we're trying our hardest to keep this game fairplay for everyone and that means account sharing is not allowed in any form or way. Since you mentioned you won't play here anymore, I wish you good luck in your next game(s) or server(s).
