To Eksde, if you're reading this:

Taking into consideration of your past 2 offences revolving around hate speech and inappropriate content, you had clearly shown no remorse over your actions and showed no signs of the will to change as seen in this report. Although you may not agree with the idea of communism as seen in your statement ("stupid communist"), we do not condone the behavior of our players going around insulting the ideology, or showing negative behaviors towards other players just because of the differences in ideology. This is taking into consider that majority of our player base comes from all walks of life, and that we have to do what it takes to preserve the peace that we have always enjoyed. In addition to your unwarranted entry to OP's shop not for the intention of purchasing something but making the statement ("stupid communist"), you further aggravated the issue by revisiting OP's shop and made subsequent comments after this report was made.

Although the statement ("stupid communist") by itself isn't bannable under hate speech, it is clear to us that you had already pushed the line twice, and that we have every reasons to believe you will push it even further should we give you another chance. "

As you can see, the GM permanently banned me even though he has no reason to, There is no proof of hate speech and i admit that there has been 2 cases of hate speech that i've been banned for both times but i simply did not know that saying ching chong would be considered hate speech for my 1st offence as i was new to the game and the 2nd offence was a mistake on my part and ever since i've gotten my last warning i've read the terms and conditions and followed the rules, never talked to anyone that was not my friend just simply to avoid this perma ban. I simply can't understand how you're going to ban me for saying ''stupid communist'' please look up the definition of hate speech, you yourself even said it's not banable under hate speech, If the gm's can't follow the rules how are you expecting the players to follow them? The reason for my ban is misconduct which is not hate speech. You're baning me simply for expressing my opinions and i have the right to freedoom of speech. And when i said stupid communist it was in no way a way to insult this person and i apologize if it offended him even though he was from Zimbabwe it feels like he was taking advantage of the rules to get me banned. The gm's have reasons to believe that i will push it even further and i understand that judging from my previous bans, but that is just not true as i would not commit any more misconduct after getting my last warning.

summary: It feels like you're baning me because you think i will commit more misconduct and not because i DID actually commit any misconduct and please reconsider this ban or shorten it. Thanks forreading.

 

I have had a change of heart ever since my 2nd offence and i've been avoiding to engage in any conversation with anyone to avoid this 3rd perma ban. let me explain why i got banned on these occasions,
1.st https://royals.ms/forum/threads/reporting-for-encouraging-hateful-speech.94361 and https://royals.ms/forum/threads/abusive-speech.94362. Some guy quoted a hitler's speech from his book "ein volk ein reich ein fuhrer" and his ign was adolfhitler so i thought it would be funny to say heil hitler as a joke(i was new to the game and i didn't know about the strict policies) and seconds later people were spamming goodbye you're banned i was pretty shocked. tbh i know you don't care if it's a joke or not it's pretty offensive but that's just the humour some people have and i know it's not okay so i stopped after my 1st offence.

THis is what put me off, how is this offensive? please, just explain to me how this is offensive in any way, it's like saying stupid socialist or stupid liberal, would you have banned me for that? i don't think so, I know the past 2 offences above are my bad but it felt like you guys were waiting for me to do 1 mistake and insta ban me for it no matter how small it was. And after getting warned i stopped talking to anyone but then i had a conversation with this guy smiie4ever and he told me it's better to share my wealth than to take from other people or w/e he was saying to me at that time and i followed him to his store and just said stupid communist, and it triggered everyone nd it led to my ban. Again, my intentions is not to harass/insult or be offensive to anyone on this server and i hope you'll accept my apology and give me another chance to play this server.

 

I know calling someone a stupid communist isn't the nicest thing to say but i honestly did not expect to get banned for it, i knew there was strict rules but that's just too much in my opinion. I know i didn't get perma banned solely for that reason but it was enough to perma ban me because of recent reports. I know i've disrespected the gm's and i've apologized for it as it was nothing personal(still bad). and i dont recall harassing anyone and which multiple offensive hitler smega's are you talking about? I remember 1 ''heil hitler'' smega after that guy. I know i haven't been the most positive person on this server and hopefully if i could get unbanned i promise @the players and the @gm's that you'll never see any more of this as i believe i've learned the rules and ive realized that some people on this server do not have the same dark humour as me and i apologize again for those people i insulted! I hope you could reconsider your decision.
