But the case revolves around you:

1) stalking someone continuously for at least 3 days, leaving/sending unwanted messages even when asked to stop
2) Defaming the same person for no apparent reason

So, your appeal has been denied. You'll serve your 3 days ban for harassment.

 

I honestly feel sorry for whoever it is. They will have a hard hard time in the real world with their fragile state of mind.
