    I need you to take a picture of your MapleRoyals folder & post the contents here after you re-download the game. You are on the Anniversary patch that ended over 2 weeks ago.

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by "how does one get a screen shot?"

    Do you not know how to take a screenshot? Or do you not know what to screenshot?

    I'm fairly confident every computer has a snipping tool if you go into your start button & search for it. After you open it, I need you to take a picture of your MapleRoyals folder using said snipping tool with the files all shown & so that the "date modified" column is showing as well. Then you need to upload it to imgur or any photo hosting website then post it into here so I can see it & verify that you updated your files.
