    Last thing you did: Was training at ulu2 map.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Absolutely no idea.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
    What GM banned you (optional): N/A

    I don't know why that happened to me, please help me with this problem.

    Looks like your game files weren't up to date & you were on the anniversary patch still. I will need you to re download the game & then go into your MapleRoyals folder & screenshot the files so that the dates show when they were last modified. Then you can be unbanned & hop back on :>
