How come? I have this account from longer than I can remember, at least 4-5 years maybe more What you mean where it came from?
In our ban log it's marked down as this account as being bought or hacked. If you think this isn't the case then I can submit a request for the Admin to look further into it, it will take awhile to resolve as they are busy but I'm afraid that's all I can do if you wish to proceed with an Admin.

they belong to the original account creators of rwc***e, rwc***e1, and rwc***e2. one of which you holds the character volar that you're appealing for so it would be odd if you didnt know these other characters
What you mean, I do have another account which is not the same name as this one. That just prove they (whoever) are using the same login as mine
