Hi there! You don't appear to be banned on our end. I checked your character and there are no bans asscioated with your account. It sounds like you might be connecting from a previously banned IP Address which does tend to happen every so often for some of our players. Could you please refresh your router to obtain a new one and/or keep trying until it's been resolved. Let us know if nothing changed after refreshing your IP address.
The IP you are connecting from was banned back in 2022 for Major Vote Abuse. Do you have anymore accounts or people that live with you that play the game? Your current IGN that you listed Rents doesn't have any bans on our end. It appears to be an issue with connecting to a previously banned IP address which is something we can't really resolve, you'll have to get a new IP address by refreshing or contacting your ISP.
its impossible to you can check I used to play this weekend I was active like atleast a month already you can check my activeness I dont have any other accounts I can check if I can reset
I understand that, however we cannot unban an IP address that was previously banned. Your account is not banned, the IP address you are connecting from is. You yourself are not banned from the game, you didn't do anything wrong you just somehow had your IP address change over to a previously banned one either from the power going out, or sometimes ISPs change the IP address randomly. Your options are to keep refreshing your router for an unbanned IP address, get a paid VPN (free ones change IP addresses every time you connect, most people got those IP addresses banned already for hacking/vote abuse, and it could potentially (accidentally) flag you for account sharing, etc. which is why we encourage paid for VPNs) or contact your ISP to possibly change your internet provider.
