I saw somewhere on the forums that if we have this issue to request a Ban appeal. I have not played in a very long time. Please help me and Thank you.

Yes, I only had 1 character as far as I remember. And I am not sure, its been along time, maybe couple years. Maybe I last logged on in 2019.

Unfortunately, You don't. We don't unban previously banned MAC addresses. Any attempts to evade this ban will result in a permanent ban on your new characters.

 

What is a mac address ban and Wat was I banned for, I was not banned when i was playing. How was i banned when I wasn't even playing.

I am not sure of the exact date, but it was sometime in the first half in 2019 i think

I was not even playing then, Could you see when my account was last logged onto, because I did not play in 2020 at all.

 

It seems like someone who had access to your PC got the Mac address banned. Unfortunately, even if you are not the one who was involved in the suspicious activity, such bans are irreversible.

 

well good to know, that even though I did not do anything, I'm banned. Really solid rules yall have. -Thumbs up-. I do not understand why mac bans are even a thing for private servers. I mean dam not even legit games have that rule unless we hack the government or something. Well feelsbad that this is even a thing. Hopefully when yall understand why that rule is dumb, I can restart playing. Until then may god change yall minds.

 

I sympathize with your frustration, but whoever played from this PC got it permanently banned from playing MapleRoyals.

These rules are in place to protect the fairness of the game. For that reason, they are unlikely to be changed anytime soon. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

 

Why can't mac bans be for a certain months and yall just ban the account, I mean thats just a unfair rule in some cases, such as mine. Now my account is stuck, becuase even if I get a new pc and play on the account, thats ban evading, like how does that even make sense. Thats like entrapment. So now my account is stuck in limbo forever, wasted 3 years of my life. Feels so good.
