I was just about to log in and this ban message came up. I've noticed some other people saying the same thing happened to them today in the Ban Appeal section. This has to be some sort of a glitch. the error is back! i don't understand what is happening.... i was on my sin just training at platoons, relogged and the message came back up.

There are a total of 5 accounts including yours with the same IP address. One of those accounts has been permanently banned for hacking. So I cannot lift the ban on your account since your IP is the same as a known hacker.
Seriously? I had a 2 accounts pre-wipe where one of them was banned (which even then I didn't know the reason why), but I thought that didn't even count anymore? All that legitimate hard work and hours spent, gone to waste! Wow. What was banning me? The autoban system? Do you happen to know the reason why?
It's part of how the system works, I'm not going to discuss specifically how it works. However, you share an ip with the user klausnick who had a character named nickshoots who was hacking. Therefore, your account is not permitted.
