Closed Ban Not Expired

    Hi, I wrote here earlier of mine and my brother's account getting temporarily banned for 3 days due to profane language and whilst my ban has gone away (Jidonbo), my brother cannot log on to his character HoboHutt. Every time he tries to log on, he gets an error message saying "You've been disconnected from the login server, please try again later". Every time he tries to log in on that character the message comes up, and I believe his ban may not have expired properly or he has been MAC banned for something. If he has been MAC banned, which I suspect it is, can somebody kindly remove it? Thanks again.
