are you talking about the incedent with Big-foot? kill-stealing requires actual killing, while i died 4 times and doing 0 damage, how is that kill-stealing?

None of the following happened at any time. I wasn't attacking persistently and no one owned the map i was in.

You're 100% wrong. You did damage, and refused to leave when repeatedly asked to. That is ks'ing. When another player tells you to leave their map and stop attacking their mobs or boss, you must do so. Lying here about it only makes you look even worse.
