Hi there! You don't appear to be banned on our end. I checked your characters and there are no bans associated with your account. It sounds like you might be connecting from a previously banned IP Address which does tend to happen every so often for some of our players. Could you please refresh your router to obtain a new one and/or keep trying until it's been resolved. Let us know if nothing changed after refreshing your IP address.
I tried twice disconnecting my router for three minutes and reconnecting. But there is no success in connecting to the user. Is there another solution you know of? Weird, that account isn't banned either. I will start a PM with you and request your PC's MAC address so I can check and see if something else might be causing this to happen. Edit: They were able to log in after calling their ISP
