Banned after using 1atk weapon with a skill

Last thing you did: Using pumpkin basket (2006 SE) with Steal Skill from bandit (was trying if i could use other weapons with this skill)
Why do you think you got banned?: the message that i barely read bafore i got kicked 'Bizq has been banned for dealing high damage on monster'. I'm guessing is either the weapon isn't supposed to be used with a bandit skill as bandit skills use daggers as weapons or the fact that the weapon i used is a 1 w. atk weapon, and the dmg i did was way beyond the normal % the system accepts.
