I play multi account from different IP's, don't know if this affected. Usually from office or home.

I'd really want to know what is happening, i only play from my computer from different IP's. It's quite annoying that i want to go on my account and appears with a block or ban.

What can i do to solve this or it just randomly happens?

 

I use to vote on mornings, around 9-11 GMT-3 now -4. The main account receiving NX its where TrustyHeals, when i need to buy a shop i vote on Shep/Amelie/Hiatushiats account and my other account holds 2HSPally (forgot to mention the character called "pedkekkai", i was planning to delete it).

I understand the rule of 1 vote daily per all accounts on samehousehold, since i vote from my work network it coulld be a problem but it is still one vote daily.

 

I want to add something. I voted from my phone sometimes, like 2-3 since im playing again (around 3 months ago). Still respecting the 1 vote daily rule.

Straight to the point, need any additional information about my accounts or something? I don't think i missbehaved in any way to be banned in all my accounts.

If there is something it could be "strange" is the day i was going to get leech for my character "2HSPally", i voted to buy a pet and a HP Autopot equip and prolly it was before the 24Hrs margin.

I understand that the margin is 24 hours according to server time and i do vote every 9am (around) since i do it before starting to work, i use to forget to vote on weekends for the same reason, it's somehow a routine.

I have voted from my phone as i mentioned before, 2-3 times if i can remember? Could be more, yeah, i don't remember to be honest but never was on a plan of doing vote abuse, i turned off my pc and did the vote with my phone.

If more details needed pls ask me, but in my opinion it's pretty unfair for me since i didn't do anything wrong according to RMS ToS.
