Good morning Alan, from what you mention, I understand that I was banned for trying to use RWT. Perhaps it is a mistake, please I ask you to see my case again, since as you can see, in all my accounts, I have nothing out of the ordinary, I checked my articles, my inventories, my trunks. I don't know if it's possible, but you can see it from when I came back to the game (July last year) and when I started playing at Mapleroyals (about 3-4 years ago). Alan, but they are forbidding me without giving me a specific reason, if at least you told me exactly what was the comment or situation that led them to make that decision, then I would have a way to give a broader explanation, but I feel tied by my hands, and they practically ask me to comply with what you say, without defending myself. That doesn't seem fair to me.
Alan, could you go over my case with Tim? I think he is being very drastic with me and is not specifying the exact reason. The evidence you mention that you have may be a play on words, or perhaps a joke that I may have made on a friend in the game, perhaps an incomplete message. How can I know? If you are not giving me the situation and a chance to explain it.
I'm not sure what you're looking for as you have been found attempting to RWT recently, not when you just started and on top of that you've been continuously vote abusing on NykeShadow and NykeHero. Both offenses result in a permanent ban
Dear Tim and Alan, I would like to refute your accusation under the speculation of "attempted RWT" however to date they have not given me the exact reason for what they call "attempted RWT", nor have they shown me the evidence that incriminates me so failing to do so could fall under the term "defamation." In my humble opinion it would be good to specify (in detail) the restrictions of the game, although it is true they mention it in the point of "major infractions" and "moderate infractions", let me tell you that they are very basic, each of the points has multiple variations that cause confusion and fear among users. It is illogical and uncomfortable to enter a game where users are afraid to mention some specific words that can later be used against them and later fall into a ban, in which the only ones who are harmed are the users.
