Closed banned for being in a party

    Last thing you did: Being AFK in a party with a mapler named: VegieKiller.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I think I got banned for being in a party with this guy who was suprisingly botting, i know this now because of the forum he started yesterday when we both got banned.

    ''Your account has been temporarily banned for botting'' I was AFK, hanging on a rope at GS2. How could I been botting?
    I was training at GS2 yesterday when a mapler came by named: VegieKiller. He was a priest Lv 88 wich means he had maxed HolySymbol. Ofcourse i said yes when he asked me if i wanted to join his party, because my EXP would increase with the HolySymbol buff. I went AFK ( for dinner ), but when i came back, ive been banned for botting? If VegieKiller has been tracked by the system because he made the same movements for 5min, what ''botting'' movement did i do?
    ( English second language )
    I hope there might be another way then being temporarily banned.

    You're banned for partying with him. Since partymembers also benefitted from botting they are banned for association which has the same punishment as the original offender. Since it's your first time your ban duration is 7 days.

    That sounds clear, so how exactly do i know when someone is botting and not? If HE ASKS me to party with him. Am i supposed to party with people who talk constantly so i am sure that they arnt botting?

    Its not been clear to me that he was botting, your system can track that he was making the same moves for 5minutes long, i dont have a system to track down people who bot and not.

    unfortunately you were afk when you got banned so you might not have known that your partymember was botting however you still benefitted from it so the rules are still enforced.
