Banned for hacking while not hacking?[Again]

Why do you think you got banned?:Not sure this time ethier. The only program I have used that might look like hacking program is "shift window". This program helps me to have a real window mode that allows me to take advantage of my dual monitors.I dont use it so much.
I played last night 15~ hours ago[without using it], come home reccently from work and all of a sudden it says I'm banned for hacking again.
[Same thing happend one week ago]

Well they play on the same computer as you, have a similar username, same date of birth, same IP, and oh yeah, they were mob vaccing.

 

So if what you say is true, does that mean if someone has been hacking every account using the same computer/internet will get banned? As I mentioned before
I play maplestory from 3 differet computers with different internet conections, which means other people have acess to them.

I understand that there is a non tolerance aginst hacking and I agree there should be. But I dont understand why you have it like this, "collective punishment". How you think it will help?

I put a lot of effort on this server. I even made a movie that spread and actually gotten more views than all the other mapleroyals movie's on youtube togehter. Why would I then come and break it with hacking. Oh well I know your are the gm's and you decide I shall not complain more and just hope you will be "nice" and "understanding".

 

If we banned one account, what is to stop you from making another account, hacking, getting banned at that one, and repeating the process over and over? I can understand in certain situations that it may be a school IP that bans multiple peoples' accounts and it stinks that someone on the school IP ruined the fun for potentially tens of MR players.

However, when the username of the account that was mob vaccing is the same as yours with 93 appended to the end of it, and has the same birthdate as your account, I cannot think of how that could be 2 distinct accounts that don't belong to the same person.

 

That is not a real evidence I understand it might look suspicious but it's not an evidence. Oh well thanks for taking time to reply, I guess there is no point to write here anymore doesn't matter what I say it wont make you change your mind. And I will not get unbanned I guess.
