Banned for hacking..?

Hello. I posted this on the General Discussions tab, but I will post this on here to help spread the news.

This is Sean, my IGN is Strr and i when I tried to log on, it told me that I was banned for "hacking or illegal use of third-party programs." I have never used a hacking program of any sort so I'm extremely confused on why this has occurred. Is there any way I can retrieve my account back?

I have made this account, "joohwankim" to post on the thread because I have no clue whats going on and how I should handle this, but to ask everyone on this forum.

If I can get some help, that would be great. Thank you for your time, and I hope to see you guys back in the server soon..
