Banned for hacking?

Well hi,
I suddenly got banned for hacking on my account? I asked for a refund of my NX yesterday, is that the reason?

Last thing you did: Killing some monsters in first dungeon map and did kerning city PQ
Why do you think you got banned?: Asking for refund of my NX for making a mistake?
Ban message when attempting to log in: Use of third party programs or hacking (somthing like that)
What GM banned you (optional): No idea..


Update: I also cant make a new account, it gets stuck on the loggin screen for some reason??
