Not a clue here. I KS ed NO ONE AT ALL.
I have ppl ksing me and no one did anything bout it and the harrass post too.

Please explain these questions:

1) When I approached you earlier, why did you ask me to CC? Clearly tells me you're not looking at your screen while moving your character. This act is very dangerous and as a veteran player, I don't think I need to explain why.
2) Why did you (repeatedly) call someone a loser, jerk, and told him/her to "fk off" and "get lost" despite being shown map ownership at Lyka?

 

Oh seriously.. I did not ks anyone I am watching stephen kings show and training another char at bubblings.Also, I have the mini map miminized.
I didn't know that was you just now. All I saw was a person on my map. Rly? Where did I ks someone? I have been harrassed by 125467
every day, with him telling me to get cancer and other stuff.

I have 2 posts about KS by Krystal and a harrassment post about mintmeister.
No one looks at my posts I posted last week , and now Im being banned 10 days for ksing?

Is there a rule against saying cc on a map? As soon as someone comes on my maps I say cc.
I always do that so I don't have to have a conversation with anyone. I do not like talking to people in this game.
It's okay for people to call me names all day?
And really, I'm being banned for saying that?
They say it to me every single day!

Then you should pay more attention next time, especially when GM's chat are white in color, and it's very easy to distinguish GM from players.
Let's not drag your KS/harassment reports into this appeal, because they have 0% relevance. If you're called names, etc, make a report and we'll get to it in due time.
Now back to your appeal, that map doesn't belong to you, so why are you asking him to cc? You asked him to show you mapowner, he did, and you still refused to leave, and called him "losers, jerks, get lost, fk off" repeatedly.

10 days ban because 7 days for KS (your 2nd offence now), and 3 days for objectionable behavior (for calling the guy a loser, jerk, telling him to fk off, etc).

There are NOT illegal words either.

This is beyond anything now.
I'm done with this game. So ban me all you want. I have been a good player and I have been harrassed by scores of ppl here.

Ok I found it.
I am sorry for telling you to cc. I should have looked closer.
Also, I promise I will not swear at anyone again here.
I did cut down a lot lately. Now I will not say a word to anyone anymore except to cc plz .
I am sort of having an anxiety attack because I am shy irl and it seems like I am loud here on the game.
I will try to keep to myself more.

As no gm ever talked to me ingame before.

Still, I don't understand why didn't you leave the moment the person told you to. In particular because you had Bahamut spawned and was attacking his monsters.
On top of that, I took into account of the languages you used against him before I made the judgement.

 

I take a while to leave as I am probably getting hit from the other monsters.
But the language wasn't as bad as the last time. Everyone uses this language. Towards me a lot too.
I apologize as I said, I will not use any kind of language anymore.

Well, I guess I may as well quit,being that I don't think I deserve this ban.
I worked on my characters a long time, and I don't think I did anything horrible to deserve the ban.
90% of what I see in game,on smegas,in threads, and in the shoutbox is worse than me calling someone a loser or saying fk off.
I will remain strong about me never ever ksing anyone. It just takes me a while to get off the map when I'm getting hit.
And I certainly didn't mean to tell YOU to cc.. You know that.
This has been a horrible month on this game for me.
And I'm not getting unbanned even after what I promised.
So really... there's nothing left here for me.

This sounds very much like an excuse. It doesn't take much effort to just get onto the rope and change channel within seconds.

The world doesn't revolves around you.

I don't get why I'm banned for saying cc to someone I didn't know was you
and for saying words that are common place in this game.
It was rather harsh.
And there was no ksing involved.
And yes it is hard to cc when you are hit by monsters when you are trying to get on a rope.
