Closed Banned for no apparent reason

    Last thing you did: Check on my account, went FM maybe? then probably left it open and havnt touched the game since (this was maybe 3 months ago or 2 weeks ago)
    Why do you think you got banned?: I been reading other ban reports and MAYBE a vpn use could be the cause. I do have VPN connected often (Right now im connected but its a work vpn so i assume its fine). If this is the case i will make sure NO vpn is on when launching in the future
    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID Deleted or blocked

    Hello, I’m here to ask for an update on my account status. I was banned for using illegal tools, but I can assure you that I never did anything like that. The only thing I can think of is that I sometimes used a VPN for work or gaming purposes, and maybe that caused some confusion with the IP address.

    I really enjoy playing this game with my friends, and we have invested a lot of time and effort into our characters. It would be very disappointing if I had to start over from scratch. I’m not an expert on the game mechanics, so it took me a long time to get where I am now.

    Please reconsider my case and let me know if there is anything I can do to prove my innocence. Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
