I do have VPN connected often (Right now im connected but its a work vpn so i assume its fine). Hello, I’m here to ask for an update on my account status. I was banned for using illegal tools, but I can assure you that I never did anything like that. The only thing I can think of is that I sometimes used a VPN for work or gaming purposes, and maybe that caused some confusion with the IP address. I really enjoy playing this game with my friends, and we have invested a lot of time and effort into our characters. It would be very disappointing if I had to start over from scratch. I’m not an expert on the game mechanics, so it took me a long time to get where I am now. Please reconsider my case and let me know if there is anything I can do to prove my innocence.
