Not Bug Banned for no reason

    I haven't been playing royals for a long time like 8 months, and today I came back to chill a little when i saw i got banned for too many invalid login attempts, but i didn't even tried to do it...
    if someone could help me :)

    I also tried to reset my PW but still the same thing

    There is no bug here. Please send me a private message, and include a character name from your account that is banned and I will look into it further.
